Villa Del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa, Nuevo Vallarta

I had a fantastic vacation at the resort, primarily due to the attentive and friendly staff, particularly Alberto and Alex who really went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The atmosphere is lovely, but there are some areas that need attention, such as room maintenance and cleanliness in certain aspects. Overall, it was a great experience with wonderful service, though the property would benefit from updates.

We had an amazing family vacation at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos! The service was top-notch, especially with thoughtful gestures like a surprise birthday cake for our daughter. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beach and pool areas were fantastic for relaxation. However, there was a bit of a hassle with the new towel policy, making it challenging to get clean towels when needed.

We just came back from a wonderful two-week stay at Villa del Palmar Flamingo hotel. The improvements from our last visit were noticeable, especially with the expanded menu at the El Patron restaurant. The service at the restaurants was excellent, particularly from Javier, Octavio, Luis, and Aylin, who made our meals very pleasant. However, the check-in process was quite slow, and we had a mix-up with our room that took a couple of days to sort out. Overall, we had a great stay, though some minor hiccups were present.
